Beat the heat Mango Fruit




There are many desserts made of mangoes and salads using our dairy product- "Curd"

Eating them together won't hurt you but rather works as a heat reduction in our body.

Its the king of all fruits and it is the national fruit of India.  

In many of the villages, south India prefers to have this at the end of their meal,  which is yummy, sweet, delicious and colorful seasonal fruit 

Mango is added as a flavor with the curd meal.

A ripe mango which has to be cut into pieces and A Handful of curd combination makes the meal interesting. 

If needed can add few pomegranate seeds which will be more colorful with white and pink Phenomenal.

A bite of cool curd rice and A bite of riped mango makes our tongue and soul supercilious and tasty.

Which makes us mouth watering all the time and the meal isn't complete without this taste to our mouth.  This makes our meal finger- licking.
